摘要：目的 探讨舒适护理模式在新生儿疼痛管理中的应用效果及安全性，为新生儿疼痛护理提供科学依据。方法 选择本院新生儿科接受疼痛性操作的 150 例新生儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各 75 例。对照组行常规护理模式疼痛管理，观察组行舒适护理模式疼痛管理。对比分析两组新生儿疼痛评分、生理指标变化情况、操作完成时间、不良反应发生情况。结果 操作中及操作后 5 min、15 min，观察组婴幼儿行为观察量表（FLACC 评分）、新生儿疼痛有关行为和生理指标量表（CRIES 评分）明显低于 对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组心率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度波动幅度小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为 5.33%，低于对照组 17.33%（P＜0.05）。结论 通过对上述资料分析发现，在新生儿疼痛管理中使用舒适护理模式可有效减少新生儿疼痛、维持生理指标稳定、降低不良反应发生率。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of comfort-based nursing in neonatal pain management, and to provide a scientific basis for neonatal pain care. Methods A total of 150 newborns who underwent painful procedures in the neonatal department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received pain management in the conventional nursing mode, while the observation group received pain management in the comfortable nursing mode. The pain scores, changes in physiological indicators,operation completion time and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of newborns were compared and analyzed. Results During the operation and at 5 minutes and 15 minutes after the operation, the infant Behavior Observation Scale (FLACC score), the Neonatal Pain-related Behaviors and Physiological Indicators Scale (CRIES score) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The fluctuation range of heart rate, respiratory rate and blocd oxygen saturation in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.33%, which was lower than 17.33% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Based on the analysis of the aforementioned data, it was found that the application of a comfort nursing mode in neonatal pain management can effectively reduce pain, maintain stable physiological indicators, and lower the incidence of adverse reactions.
