摘要：目的 探讨老年性脑梗塞护理中优质护理服务实施效果。方法 选取 100 例老年性脑梗塞患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组及研究组，对照组进行常规护理，研究组实施优质护理服务，对比效果。结果 护理后，研究组神经功能缺损量表（NIHSS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自证量表（SDS）评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 老年性脑梗塞患者在发病后身体功能会受到较大影响，积极开展优质护理服务可以促进患者身心健康恢 复，改善神经功能，有助于生活能力逐渐提高。

Abstract: Objective  To explore the implementation effect of high-quality nursing services in the care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group and a study group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the study group was provided with high-quality nursing services. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebral infarction suffer from significant impairment of physical functions after the onset of the disease. Actively providing high-quality nursing services can promote the recovery of patients’ physical and mental health, improve their neurological function, and contribute to the gradual enhancement of their daily living abilities.
